These capsules are easy to swallow with water or coffee, and have no flavor nor smell. I’m taking these capsules for the ubiquinone (Coenzyme Q10) for energy support & my recovery needs. These capsules also have the benefits of natto without the fermented soybean taste. Natto is an acquired taste, and it’s a big plus to get the benefits in capsule form, because the capsules have no flavor at all. Natto is available in some grocery stores in the international foods/frozen foods section. It’s more cost-effective and convenient to get the nutrients in this capsule form.This supplement was made in the USA, which assures quality. The serving size is 2 capsules, so the bottle contains about a month’s supply.

I am new to this supplement but am interested in trying out the reported benefits. One thing to note is that I do not see any mention of third-party certifications on the bottle, which is usually something I look for with supplements.

For the past 30 years I've been in the supplement game trying to hack my health. I am not familiar with the brand Exdoo, but I was very impressed with how well protected these pills are. The plastic wrap didn't have any perforations that usually tear before I get them. The lid has a push-down safety top that was very securely attached. Underneath, there was a plastic foil seal that required using a sharp object to remove--most supplements have that weird Styrofoam seal that sticks to the lid and breaks the seal when you first unscrew it so you don't know if it was actually sealed from the factory.Anyway, I have been taking other brands of nattokinase for over a year now to address some minor changes to my health that are probably nothing. I have found it to greatly reduce inflammation and I see a difference if I skip it for a week. This product seems to be working for me.I like that this brand includes several other ingredients that allegedly help make it more effective--nattokinase plus natural (d-alpha) vitamin E, grape seed extract, CoQ10, olive leaf, tumeric (which clearly takes over the color of the capsule), and bromelain from pineapple stems. It is great that they are not claiming it's a proprietary blend and the amounts included are stated on the label. I am surprised that this does not contain black pepper which seems to enhance everything especially tumeric, but that's not a deal breaker for me because I only eat food I cook myself and I love black pepper and know I'm getting more than enough in every meal.They claim the capsule contains enzymes for better absorption, which I have not had any issues digesting these. These don't seem to have any smells, weird flavors, or burps.These are "manufactured" in Denver, Colorado, but the sources of the ingredients are not mentioned anywhere. The bottle is clearly stamped with the lot number, manufacturing date and expiration date. Hopefully the ingredients were fresh at the time of manufacturing and processed correctly! But that's always a gamble with all supplements.Can't complain as I feel great!

I really Liked the supportive ingredients included in this blend . I take All of these things already so in some cases I could reduce the amount of supplements I have To take in a day.The capsules are on the smaller side , medium small. They are smooth and east enough to swallow . There’s no taste of smell that I noticed. So they were easy to take.However I gave had a rather painful and bothersome side effect of gas , bloating, pressure and stomach pain that I’ve never had before like this with any of these ingredients before . I mean, the worst gas of my life . So bad I had to leave the bathroom halfway through going , just to escape that . I eat Pretty clean and I haven’t Had issues with fermented foods or products before. I think it might be due to the higher dose of nattokinase. It’s the only thing different I am Doing . So I would suggest if you shave a sensitive tum like me, to start small before working your way up . I spent an entire day in bed due to the pains.Other than that , I think the supplements good quality. It seems effective . Perhaps even too strong for me. With the impressive group of ingredients I think It’s a good value , as long as you don’t experience what I did, That is.

You can always cut it to one per day to reduce the dose, if desired. I don't know how many stars it deserves, but I have some reservations that would lead to a reduction. One issue is that it has a blend of six additional herbal supplements! That is one reason you have to take two capsules to get a recommended dose of the Nattokinase, which is why you are supposedly buying this. You don't know whether the other stuff is useful to you, and you may be getting some of it in other supplements you may be taking, including multi-vitamins. That makes the blend undesirable to me, and many other users. It should also be noted that the Amazon description says that the product is manufactured with GMP compliance. This is a minimum quality assurance without which I would not take it. However, more information and 3rd party testing would have added assurance of quality and potency.
